A truly robust absorbent boom, which can be used on land or water to adsorb oil spills. The adsorbent polypropylene core is retained by an inner sock which prevents loss into the surrounding environment. The outer net adds additional resistance and strength including a tough nylon rope which runs the length of the boom to aid in recovery. Booms can be linked together and overlapped to prevent pass through using the hook and loops provided.
